In-Use Utensils are dishwashed/changed every 2 hours and maintained in ice water

-Professional pest control comes on a regular basis: Rentokil Steritech pest control comes in bi-weekly (live traps, snap traps observed onsite) -follow their report directions and continue their service

Handsinks well stocked single service drying method, soap in a dispenser, hot/cold water and clear for access
