All fridges are maintaining foods at 4 degrees Celsius or colder. General sanitation is overall good. Liquid soap and paper towel are available at handsink. Freezer measured -11 degrees Celsius at time of inspection. It is believed to be on a defrost cycle. Monitor and check to ensure that it returns to -18 degrees Celsius or colder. If not, address immediately.
