Code 205 noted on Routine inspection # BCUD-AHA2UY of Jan-03-2017
Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)] (Both milk dispenser units malfunctioning. Older milk bag in unit at drive through window at 8C, while milk in unit at front over 10C)
Comments

All hand sinks supplied with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water. All free to access
Quat dispenser functional and in use
Probe thermometer in use at reheat station
Drive through window milk dispenser measured at 2C - good. Use only this one as noted above
Note: temperature readings on monitor logs do not correspond with EHO readings or temperatures on thermometers on machine. It is likely that readings are getting taken close to the time the milk is installed. These readings will reflect the temperatures of the walk in cooler (where new bags are stored) and NOT the actual temperature of the milk dispenser (cream machine)
Note: a broken milk dispenser is currently sitting at the other front till. Have this machine repaired for use, or removed from the premise. This particular location has no extra storage space to deal with other location's broken equipment.
