Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection, the concentration of QUATS solution in the sanitizer pails was detected at 0ppm. The concentration of QUATS at automatic dispensing unit located at 3 compartment dishwashing sink was also recorded at 0ppm. Manager stated that the QUATS bag was replaced this morning. Dispensing unit was run multiple times at the time of inspection and QUATS solution was recorded above 400ppm which could result in potential chemical food contamination. Manager called the technician to repair the dispensing unit. In the mean time, the facility will be manually preparing the QUATS solution for sanitizing food contact surfaces. Fresh QUATS solution was prepared in 3rd dishwashing sink and recorded between 200-400ppm. QUATS test strips available onsite for verification.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that all the food contact surfaces/utensils/equipment are adequately washed and sanitized.

Routine inspection conducted at the food facility.

Observations:
- Temperature of walk in freezer noted at -12C
- Walk in cooler at 3.2C
- Coolers with creamers (x2) recorded at 3.2C and 3.7C
- Undercounter cooler at 3.7C
- Sandwich prep cooler at 3.3C
- Hot potentially hazardous food (soups, cooked patties) hot held above 60C
- All handwash stations had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 3 compartment dishwashing sink used for manual dishwashing.

- Ice machine, utensils and equipment was maintained in good sanitary condition.
- No signs of pest activity observed.
- Valid Operating Permit posted at the front.
- Staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1.
