Observation: Dishwasher has grime build up inside and outside. Inside prep line coolers are unsanitary. Pizza paddle has stuck on food on it.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize these equipment thoroughly and ensure they are part of the cleaning schedule so that they are cleaned/sanitized on a regular basis. Pizza paddle need to be scraped off and clean and sanitized.

Observation: Some cleaning done inside the drawer cooler and also behind the cooking equipment. However, flooring still requires deep cleaning in the kitchen area due to grime/filty build up. Ceiling vents, ceiling tiles, light covers have debris accumulation over the cooking area. Areas of prep tables, shelves were dirty and greasy. Mop sink as well as the compost bin were in sanitary condition. A good cleaning schedule that is being followed is key to maintaining kitchen facility in sanitary condition and in preventing pests issues.
Corrective Action(s): Kitchen area requires deep cleaning. Floors, walls, ceiling, counter tops, shelves, prep areas and other items noted above must be cleaned thoroughly and sanitized.
