Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Probe thermometers stored on cook line on shelf observed with long standing food debris.
Corrective Action(s): Thermometers were cleaned and sanitized. Ensure probe thermometers are cleaned and sanitized after each use to prevent cross contamination.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Scoop with no handle observed submerged in sugar in preparation area.
2. Staff food (1 banana) observed stored on cook line on shelf above food in sandwich cooler well.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Scoop was removed. Ensure a scoop with handle is used to obtain dry goods and the scoop is stored in a sanitary manner outside the bin to prevent cross contamination.
2. Staff food was removed. Staff food and drinks are to be kept in a separate area and/or stored below food for sale to the public to prevent cross contamination.

Observation: Small flies observed in back preparation area by electrical room and by mop sink.
Corrective Action(s): Contact your local pest provider to investigate. Remove all standing water from the floor in the mop sink area. Also, clean syrup nozzles connected to the pop bibs to prevent attraction of pests.

Observation: 1. Standing water observed on floor next to mop sink.
2. Black debris observed on grey container on wall next to mop sink.
3. Food debris observed under the ice machine in the front area, under shelving in the clean dish storage area, and under shelving holding canned goods.
4. Long standing syrup debris observed on nozzles connecting to pop bibs in the back kitchen area.
5. Various items, tools, boxes, and clothing observed scattered on floor in electrical room.
Corrective Action(s): To prevent the attraction of pests, clean all areas listed above. Remove unnecessary items not used for operation from the premises to eliminate harborage areas for pests.
