Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Less than 100 ppm chlorine was measured in the spray bottle in the back area (0 ppm measured).
Corrective Action(s): Staff member on-site setup 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer in the spray bottle. Ensure the bleach water is changed frequently to maintain 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handsink in the back area was obstructed by a stack of empty pizza trays. *REPEAT VIOLATION*
Corrective Action(s): Maintain adequate clearance around the handsink so that it is conveniently accessible.

Observation: Light cover over the ceiling light in the back area has not been installed. *REPEAT VIOLATION*
Corrective Action(s): Install a shatterproof light cover over the back light in the back area of the premises near the handsink. Correct by July 31, 2018 and contact the district Environmental Health Officer of Fraser Health for a follow up inspection.

Observation: Thermometer was inaccurate in the pizza cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Replace the thermometer in the pizza cooler with a thermometer that is accurate to within 1 degrees C. Correct within 1 week.

Handsinks were adequately supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Pizza cooler and walk-in-cooler were at or below 4 degrees C.
One door freezer was at or below -18 degrees C.
Time tracking for the 4 hour rule was in place for the hot-held pizza.
No signs of recent pest activity were observed at the time of inspection.
100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in a clearly labelled spray bottle.
FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate for staff member on-site was valid until September 30, 2022.
