Public Comments -All handwashing stations equipped with hot/cold water, soap and paper towels - All refrigeration units and freezers temp are satisfactory, - thermometer available - hot holding unit for soup and mac & cheese >60 oC - QUATS sanitizer bucket and spray bottles properly labelled and tested to contain 200ppm QUATS. - 2 compartment sink is maintained properly - High temperature dishwasher tested at 77 oC - Food items are stored with proper labeling - Permit posted. - Ice machine is maintained properly -General Sanitation is satisfactory. -Good personal hygiene noted by staff -No sign of pests noted at time of visit.
