Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Found syrup on the inside wall and lid of ice machine again
Corrective Action(s): Do not fill glasses of tea inside ice machine, and do not store large containers of tea in ice machine.
Clean and sanitize area.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Found multiple bowls and strainers put away with food still on them.
Corrective Action(s): MUST wash and sanitize equipment such as bowls, strainers, plates, etc after each use or every 4 hours if in continual use. Do not store used equipment with clean dishes ever.
Re-wash and sanitize all equipment under dirty items.

Observation: 1. Found ice still accumulating on food from walk-in freezer condenser
2. Found cardboard boxes still on top of food items on back hallway.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Remove ice build up from walk-in freezer, have unit repaired if leaking as large amount of ice has accumulated. Discard all opened food items that have ice on them.
2. Store cardboard boxes away from food until can discard them in the recycle bin.

Observation: Still found accumulated food and grease through out premises, including on ceiling, walls, shelves and vent above cook line.

- Fruit flies still present, numbers appear to be less. Continue to use traps and increase cleaning to assist.
- Grout has been replaced between tiles in kitchen
