=Small prep cooler (4C), large prep cooler (3C), display cooler (2C), BOH glassdoor cooler (4C), domestic cooler (3C) and front of house drink cooler (4C) measured < 4 degrees C. mini cooler only holds tortillas
=Domestic top freezer (-2C), front of house chest freezer (-28C), and BOH chest freezer (-27C)
=Soup hot holding (65C) measured > 60 degrees C
=High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 78.4 C at the dish surface (minimum 71 C required for proper sanitizing)
=Sanitizer solution approximately 200 ppm QUATS available in spray bottles
=General food storage practices satisfactory at the time of inspection. Foods properly stored off the floor and covered and raw meats stored below ready-to-eat foods.
