Upright freezers (2X) < -18 C.
No evidence of pests. Pest control is onsite monthly.
Bleach spray bottle was at 100 ppm chlorine
The dishwasher final rinse temperature was 77.9 C at dish surface.
Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
General sanitation was satisfactory
