-The dishwasher was leaking water. Technician arrived on site at the end of the inspection to fix the dishwasher.
Final rinse cycle of the dishwasher reached 71 C at the plate level.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Quats sanitizer solution was at 200 ppm.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
No evidence of pests, pest control report available on site.
General sanitation was satisfactory,
