Follow-up inspection following routine inspection dated January 11, 2018. Handsink at back has not been re-installed yet. Operator was given a month to re-install handsink. Correction order issued. Operator has until Friday at noon to re-install the handsink. No soap noted in dispenser at dishwashing sink, again. Staff is trying to add soap in dispenser at time of visit. Operator must ensure liquid handsoap and paper towel in dispensers are present at handwashing stations at ALL times.
