Observation: Debris build up observed underneath the bar area sink in corners, underneath the glasswasher, as well as on the bar floor.
Corrective Action(s): conduct a thorough deep clean of the facility. discussed with operator about potentially steam cleaning the floors

Observation: Handsink facing hallway at prep station found to be coming off of the wall
caulking at the above noted sink as well as at the dishpit found to be moldy
