Observation: Cleaning needed on the floor underneath shelving in the food storage room to remove dust, food debris and miscellaneous items.

Comments

-Quats sanitizer mixed manually during the inspection.
Note that the "Viper" Hydrogen Peroxide solution requires that surfaces be rinsed afterwards. Also, no test strips are available to test the solution. Recommend discontinuing the usage of this product. Only one sanitizer is needed on site.
-Temperature records are not up to date. The last time temperature records were kept was June, 2016. Food Safety Plan not in use.

All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Dishwasher final rinse cycle reached 71 C at the plate level.
No evidence of pests. Traps in place.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
