Report of Findings
Community Care Facilities Licensing [CCFL] received a complaint on April 6, 2022, alleging concerns including the following details:

Care and supervision – Staff 1 allegedly used restraints as behaviour management practice which were not part of a care plan.

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was received and reviewed from interviews and documentation.
