Follow up inspection: -Cleaning improvements were made to the floor, lower table surfaces, and sides of the cooking equipment. -Sticky fly strips were in place. -Cooking temperatures (to 74 degrees C or hotter) were reviewed again with the Operator and staff. -Probe thermometer was available on-site.
