Routine inspection conducted: - Handwashing station adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. - Coolers operating at/below 4'C. Freezer operating at -18'C. - Hot-holding units operating above 60'C. - Temperature monitoring system in place. - 200ppm Quats available in a bucket to have wiping rags. Automated dispenser at correct concentration. - Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition. Top part manually cleaned on a regular basis. - No evidence of pest activity observed. Washroom satisfactory. NOTE: Hot water pressure requires to be adjusted as discussed at this time. General maintenance and sanitation of the facility is satisfactory throughout.
