Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back hand wash sink (near donut making area) blocked by used equipment/ racks at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Staff was asked to remove dirty equipment and transfer it to the 3 compartment sink.
Always keep ALL of your hand sinks clean and clear of any obstructions.
