Follow up inspection: -Clean place mats were being used to line a shelving unit in the downstairs dry storage area. -Cleaning improvements were made to the floor and shelving units in the food prep. area, dishwashing area, and storage areas downstairs. -A pest control visit was conducted earlier today (March 27, 2019) from Abel based on the invoice. 12 additional snap traps were added. -Thermometer was available in the domestic cooler. -Cardboard was removed from the shelving unit. The following requires your attention 1. Make sure light bulbs are encased in shatterproof light covers where they are currently lacking; correct by May 27, 2019. 2. Keep up with regular cleaning and your pest control measures.
