-hand washing stations in the back and front stocked with liquid soap and paper towel
-hot and cold running water available at all sinks
-hot holding units at front display at 60 C or above
-hot holding for soup and rice in the back at 60 C or above
-high temp dishwasher in good working order; measured 75.9 C after final rinse cycle
-bleach sanitizer available on site and in use; detected >200ppm; ensure to have the concentration between 100-200ppm (1/2 teaspoon of bleach per 1 litre of water)
-no sign of pests noted in the restaurant at the time of inspection

Storage area upstairs:
-large freezer at -25 C
-chest freezer at -18 C
-two domestic fridge not being utilized at 4 C or under
-very little food product upstairs and they are in pest proof containers
-slight food debris that requires cleaning (due to delivery of cabbage recently)
-sign of pests exists but very minor
