Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Facility had sanitizer solution at 0ppm at time of inspection - CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION. Sanitizer solution replaced.

Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer solution in containers storing wiping cloths must be changed more frequently than sanitizer spray bottles. Staff currently changing once per day. This is not frequent enough. Review Sanitation plan for Subway corporate to determine frequency of changing sanitizer solution.
2 new plugs/sink stoppers required. Obtain two new sink stoppers IMMEDIATELY.

Observation: Ant infestation continues from previous routine inspection which occurred in April 2019.
Ants found in three locations in front of house.
1) surrounding coffee/tea station. Ants appeared to be coming from crack in counter
2) Soup area
3) Under counter where knives and thermometer are stored.

Corrective Action(s): Have Pest technician service facility IMMEDIATELY. Health Inspector will return in 2 weeks to assess state of infestation. Have invoice ready for Health Inspector to review.
Sanitize areas throughout the day.
