Handwashing facilities maintained. Overall premise sanitation is satisfactory. Professional pest control service in place. No signs of pest activity observed. Both sanitizer feeder systems dispensing 200 ppm Quaternary Ammonia Spray bottles equipped with Quaternary Ammonia Sanitizer 200 ppm. Temperature logs and cleaning schedule documentation well maintained. Note: Meat slicers - Food equipment, utensils and work surfaces in constant use for the same purpose must be cleaned and sanitized a minimum of every 4 hours or when changing uses.
