Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection bleach sanitize solutuion not prepared and available for sanitizing food contact surfaces.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure during operation a 100ppm bleach sanitizer solution is available for use at all times. Dilute 1 oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water. Store wiping cloths in this solution when not in use.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 3 compartment sink not provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the 3 compartment sink is provided with liquid soap and paper towels at all times. Operator to mount dispensers or place paper towels in the holder. In the interim, liquid soap in a pump style dispenser and paper towles placed at the 3 compartment sink.

Routine inspection:

Operator has not serviced the high temperature dishwasher and is still not functional. Operator has opted to go take out only with no dine in. Signs stating this service change posted on entrance door and at point of sale.
Premise is now take out only. Note: with premise having more than 10 seats, if wish to return to dine in with reusable dishes/cutlery a functional commercial dishwasher is required.

3 compartment sink available for manual warewashing.
100ppm bleach sanitizer solution available for use after correction.
Washroom hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Front area hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Walk in cooler not used as a cooler. Unit is used for dry storage only.
