Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Spiralizer had dried food debris on the blade and arm piece.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all equipment is properly disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing after each use to prevent potential contamination of foods. Spiralizer was disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Follow-up inspection to August 18, 2020.
-No potentially hazardous foods stored at room temperature at the time of inspection.
-Bleach sanitizer pails were at 100ppm to 200ppm.
-Scoops were stored in a sanitary manner at the time of inspection.
-No foods thawing at room temperature at the time of inspection.

Since the routine inspection, facility has begun to offer dine-in services.
-COVID-19 safety information posted at the front entrance.
-Contact list at the front of the facility. Ensure first AND last name of at least one person in each party is collected, along with email or phone number. Contact information must be kept for at least 30 days.
-Hand sanitizer available at the front of the facility.
-Seating capacity of 16 posted at the front entrance.
-Tables have a maximum of 4 patrons per table (maximum allowed is 6).
-Dine-in customers will be seated to allow for 2m physical distancing between customers (measured from the back of the chairs between tables).
