Observation: Prep cooler (far right) was at 8C. Cooler unit is currently not used for the storage of potentially hazardous foods.

Comments

-Walk-in coolers were at 4C (both units).
-Walk-in freezer was at -17C.
-Three of four prep coolers were at 4C (top and bottom).
-Upright freezer was at -13C.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 72C on the dish surface (minimum of 71C required for sanitizing).
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer dispenser was at 200ppm.
-Sanitizer spray bottle was labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Deli slicer was found to be clean and well maintained. Slicer is properly disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the floor and covered. Scoops stored in a sanitary manner.
-General sanitation satisfactory at the time of inspection. A few rodent droppings found by the dishwasher. Ensure area is monitored and pest control services area contacted as needed.
-Washroom clean and well maintained. Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until March 29, 2021.
