Reno looks good! Floor drains all exposed which will benefit cleaning and maintenance. Note: Construction work is substantially completed, but some furniture assembly etc. remains. * Make sure the cleaning (excess construction related dusts) schedule and dedicated labour to this is increased for the first couple of weeks as dusts continue to settle out onto work surfaces. ** Make sure all construction tools, equipment and related items are removed from premises prior to opening. Cooling units all less than 4 C. Freezers below -18 C. Quats dispenser working and at 200 ppm. Dishwasher working and at 74 C at plate. Handwash stations all well stocked. New washrooms look GOOD. All stocked. Planned opening for Sunday. Premises is good to open once clean up is complete.
