Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ecolab bathroom cleaner and disinfectant was labelled as "sanitizer" in the spary bottle used for sanitizing food contact surfaces
Corrective Action(s): Bathroom cleaner and disinfectant is not an approved food contact santiizer and should not be used for sanitizing food contact sufaces, sinks and countertops etc. You may use wither Ecolabl Oasis 146 dispensed at 200 ppm or regular unscented bleach at 100 ppm ( Add 1 teaspoon bleach per Litre of water) to sanitize food contact sufaces.

Ensure to label the bleach sanitizer appropriately indicating mixing instructions. Remove "sanitizer lebel" from bathrom cleaner bottle.
