100ppm bleach sanitizer for wiping clothes is ready and in use under espresso machine for the steaming wands.
Permit has been retrieved but is not placed in a conspicuous location.
-> Please relocate it so the public is able to see it easily.
New temperature charts are available and in use but corrective actions are still not discussed with staff.
-> Provide a copy of Food Safety Plan onsite by follow up inspection. Review with all staffs food safety procedures.
New thermometer in place for sandwich cooler.
-> Noticed that the cooler is constantly on defrost mode, please service this asap.
-> Door handle of sandwich cooler is still missing, please complete by follow up inspection.
No spills on the floor but cleaning is only partially done. Food debris and build up is still present on the floor under working table/prep coolers.
-> Direct staff to do a deep cleaning of floor by next follow up inspection.
Thrown away products in the back fridge has been labelled after redirecting staff.
-> No information regarding trans fat for food supplier has been provided to date. Please complete this by follow up inspection.
