Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwash station near kitchen line (stove) observed to be obstructed by trays. Handwash station did not pump out soap at time of Inspectionfor soap dispenser.
Correction: Ensure handwash station is free from obstruction, and soap can be dispensed at all times in operation for staff to wash their hands.
