Comments

Follow-up inspection:
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- Frozen yogurt after thawing are kept for one week. Recommended to have this date recorded so unfinished yogurt can be discarded at required time. Observation made some yogurt had the thawing date recorded on the cap. However this is not being done consistently. Some yogurts had no date on the cap or only the month.
- Operator must train all staff again on this procedure, which will be verified at next inspection.
