Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - AQ2SEH: Service technician called to service the chemical dispensing system. Servicing still pending. 200ppm quats available for use in labeled spray bottle. Staff to continue manually diluting bulk quats to 200ppm in the sanitize sink at the 3 compartment sink. Verify concentration with test strips. Followup inspection required.
