Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher final rinse registered 61 Celcius at the dish surface.
Corrective Action(s): Sanitize dishes manually in sink of bleach water after washing. Use 1 oz of bleach per gllaon of water.
Repair or replace dishwasher on or before Wed, October 26th.
