Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Pastries and a patty were found under the shelving area next to the walk-in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure facility is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition to prevent potential pest attraction. Area was cleaned at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -20C.
-Under counter coolers ranged from 2C to 4C.
-Counter top cooler was at 2C.
-Dairy dispensers were at 4C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded daily.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 71C on the dish surface (minimum 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Quats sanitizer dispenser was at 200ppm.
-Quats sanitizer pails were at 200ppm. Sanitizer pails changed every 2 hours (time marked on the container).
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Equipment generally clean and sanitary.
-Ice Capp wands disinfected with Quats sanitizer after each use.
-Ice machine clean and sanitary.
-Mixing spoons stored in ice/water mixture.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection.
-Facility is serviced by a professional pest control operator on a monthly basis.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Assistant Manager had FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent training. Valid until September 27, 2024.
