Corrective Action(s): Raw foods must be stored below or separately from ready-to-eat foods to prevent potential contamination of foods. Container of raw meat was relocated at the time of inspection.

-Walk-in cooler was at 2C.
-Prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Under counter cooler was at 4C.
-Upright freezer (kitchen) was at -16C.
-Upright freezer (front) was at -20C.
-Chest freezer was at -30C.
-Cooked chicken was cooled rapidly and was at 4C.
-Shawarma meat undergoes a secondary cook step. Chicken was cooked to greater than 74C.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse of 71C on the dish surface (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Bleach spray bottle labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
