Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # JAHN-AVKNXU of Feb-01-2018 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] (No paper towels at the handsink beside the diwasehr. Inspector observed staff washing hands with gloves on and drying their hands with a used towel.)

Comments

The following correction was made: - Damaged tiles on the floor in the walk-in cooler were replaced. The following action is still outstanding: - Light fixtures were missing a proper cover. Wires were exposed. The operator noted that new covers had been ordered. New violation was noted: - Staff were using a fan which was covered with dust to cool off rice. The fan was immediately turned off by the operator. Ensure that the fan is cleaned and sanitized before use.
