General comments: -All QUATS concentration in all surface sanitizer solution cloths buckets achieved 200ppm at the time of inspection. Constantly monitor all QUATS solution in all cloths buckets regularly to ensure a minimum of 200 ppm QUATS is achieved. This can be achieved by using QUATS test strips.
