Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer made up at time of inspection. Bleach available on site. Staff member on duty made up sanitizer solution at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure sanitizer solution is readily available in food preparation areas. Keep all wiping cloths stored in sanitizer solution to prevent microbial growth.

All hand wash stations were fully equipped with hot/cold running water, soap and paper towel.
Display case cooler and upright one door cooler unit both less than 4C
Chest freezer -16C and upright one door freezer unit -12C
Hot holding of savory items in hot holding case higher than 60C
Probe thermometer available on site to check internal temperature of foods. Ensure probe is sanitized between uses.
Good general sanitation. No obvious sign of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
Screen was in place over open back door at time of inspection.
Manual ware washing procedures reviewed at time of inspection – no concerns.
Drain plugs x2 available for two compartment sink on site. Chlorine test strips also on site.
All stored foods appeared protected (ie. stored off the ground, covered, lights in food preparation areas covered..etc)
