Follow-up Inspection Conducted Today for report#JCHY-CQYTQB. The following violations in report#JCHY-CQYTQB have been corrected: -Underneath the shelving racks where syrup dispensers are situated at the back, McCafe Area, underneath stainless steel table adjacent of front till, underneath freezer table next to deep fryer observed to be in sanitary condition. -At the time of inspection, underneath the fountain drink machine on the customer floor was observed to be cleaned. NOTE: Instructed manager to clean underneath the fountain drink machine on the customer floor every 4 hours during the time staff clean the in-use utensils. Ensure that underneath the freezer table next to the deep fryer undergo thorough cleaning on a regular basis to prevent grease build-up.
