Follow-up to inspection #KLIU-C76R68:

> Walk-in cooler still needs some cleaning.
> Walk-in freezer organization improved - if extra storage space is absolutely required, use platforms/crates to keep boxes off the ground.
> Replacement prep cooler is in the facility, to be installed tonight according to operator.
> Existing prep cooler is still in use, no food items are stored overnight. Do not store any prep food items in undercounter portion.
> Continue to time track insert items for no more than 4 hours, after which all leftovers must be discarded at the end of the day.

Replacement prep cooler will be inspected on the next follow-up. It must be able to maintain 4C or colder at all times.
