1) Pizza dough is being covered with black garbage bags.
2) Some food items in the freezer and in the fridge not covered.
3) Some food items are stored next to non food items ( batteries, skin cream, bandages..etc).
4) Overhead fluorescent lights and the light bulb above the stove are not protected.
Corrective Action(s):
1) Use food grade film to cover food.
2) Keep containers of food covered.
3) Organize storage. Store all person items in a separate area.
4) Obtain protective sleeves and cover to prevent glass from contaminating food in the event of accidental breakage.
