Quats sani-buckets in good use. Observed one bucket with 2 hours left on time tag not measuring 200 ppm. Ensure staff verify with strips the source is properly dispensing Quats at concentration prior to filling buckets. Observed spray bottle date labelled at 7 days - protocol is 2 days **solution measured at 200 ppm anyway.
Dishwasher OK
Temperature controls good - Hot holding above 60 C - cold holding less than 4 C.
**sandwich prep cooler door lid missing acrylic face - covered with food trays - ok, but unit under stress to function. Permanent solution needed. Doors should stay shut.
