Introduction

An unscheduled routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP).

No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments

Summary of Inspection:
At the inspection dated September 11, 2023 there were 3 school age children signed in on the attendance record. Licensing met with the licensee. At this inspection no contraventions were identified.
As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy was provided.

The following was discussed or education provided:
Having emergency supplies kit placed where it can be easily accessed.
Fire and Safety Management in Child Care Facilities Bulletin( emailed)
Covering of the hole in the ceiling.
Trampoline is not used by the day-care children.
