Observation: Legal entity for the business has gone through an ownership change to a new cooperation. Copy and submit the Fraser Health Application form and necessary documents to the health department for approval.

304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)]
Observation: Cockroaches noted in the monitoring traps located in the following areas: behind front under counter cooler, underneath front cash register, and by the back exit door. Operate has an on-going contract with pest company and a targeted insecticide treatment for cockroaches has been scheduled.
During the insecticide treatment, ensure all food products are protected from contamination and to follow pest control company's after care procedures.

Observation: Cleaning has improved from last inspection. However, more frequent and through cleaning is needed around the cooking areas and front pop station.
Facility must be maintained in a sanitary condition without the build-up of grease and food debris to rectify the pest problem.

All cooler units were 4C or below.
Large standup freezer unit in the back was at -17C.
