3- compartment sink not ready for use, 3 compartment lacked the required sanitizer.
Observed staff wash large metal mix bowl without the proper 3 compartment sink process.
Corrective Action(s): Soiled dishware to be stored in the appropriate area, 3 compartment sink to be available for use.
as per the proper process, issue corrected at the time of inspection.
Manager and staff to review procedures.
