Premises has a 2 compartment sink beside a prep sink (previously approved). Bleach water in one of the 2 compartments at 100 ppm chlorine residual.
All temperatures satisfactory:
Newly installed upright freezer :-17 deg C
Newly installed chest freezer: -22 deg C
Glass door cooler: 3.1 deg C
Sushi prep cooler: 2 deg C
Chest freezer in back area: -19 deg C
Miso soup in slow cooker crock pot at: 62 deg C
No signs of pests at time of inspection
