Corrective Action(s): Remove Potentially hazardous foods from this unit (sausage, falafel, sauces) - not much in there, monitor temps. in this unit with thermocouple. Unit may need a defrosting as ice build up is noticeable. If problem persists after defrost have unit serviced.
