Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Container of bean sprouts in water being stored on counter at ambient temperature. This is usually stored in walk in cooler and taken out during busy hours. Ensure ice is added to container of bean sprouts to maintain temperature of 4c or below

-Hand sinks equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap and paper towels
-Prep coolers and walk in cooler at 4c or below
-Walk in freezer at -20c
-Temperature records available and maintained
-Bleach sanitizer buckets at 100ppm
-High temperature dishwasher reached 74.7c at plate level during final rinse cycle
-No pest activity observed during inspection
-General sanitation is satisfactory
