Comments

Follow-up to previous report:
- rice hot held at 65C
- back door closed
- rodent droppings have been cleaned, trap set on window sill - continue to monitor

- COVID-19 safety plan now available
- clean hands are better than dirty gloves
- ensure that the type of sanitizer and frequency of cleaning is mentioned in your plan. For a list of approved sanitizers, please see: https://www.canada.ca/en/health-canada/services/drugs-health-products/disinfectants/covid-19/list.html
- have all customers waiting for take-out wait outside so as not to crowd the dining area; three tables nearest cashier are not being used for dine-in
- if staff are from different households, they must distance (2m/6ft) or wear masks
