Routine Inspection conducted today: Handwash stations, including staff washroom, accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. All refrigeration units were holding food at 4C or less. Freezer unit was noted at -20C. All food was stored protected and off the floor. Sani-Stuff was available in 2 spray bottles. 200 PPM QUAT was detected in these two spray bottles. All chemicals were properly stored with name label on the bottles. Drain plugs were available for the 3-compartment sink for manual warewashing. General sanitation and organization noted excellent. No pest activities noted during the inspection.
